Ryan is a healthcare technology transformation leader with over 25 years of Healthcare IT experience, including the past 7.5 years serving as CIO at Kootenai Health. Ryan brings a proven track record of delivering large-scale EHR and mission-critical system implementations across major U.S. health systems, including complex recovery engagements. His strength lies at the intersection of technology execution and human-centered change, aligning strategy, operations, and culture to drive sustainable adoption, measurable value realization, and improved patient experience, workforce engagement, and Governance. 

Robert retired in 2022 after serving for 20 years as the CEO of the Home and Community Care operating division of Providence. Robert specializes in developing extraordinary teams and growing organizations to serve others. Under Robert’s leadership, Providence grew to become the largest not-for-profit, home and community-based care organization in the nation with more than 8,000 caregivers, serving more than 40,000 patients each day, generating strong EBIDA on $1.4B of net operating revenue. His personal mission remains helping organizations achieve their full potential through investment in their most valuable asset, their people.
